Nassau County Community Needs Assessment
Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare has partnered with the Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida to complete a Community Needs Assessment (CNA). We invite all adults (18 years and older) who live or work in Nassau County and the surrounding areas to fill out a 10-minute survey to share their opinions about mental health, substance use, and quality of life in the community.
These survey results, along with feedback from key stakeholder interviews and focus groups, will help identify mental health and substance use concerns, other needs in the community, and information that will help improve services and community outreach efforts.Â
The anonymous survey is available in English and Spanish. Complete it by December 3rd and help make a difference!
