Capt. Russell Tharin is a charter boat captain and fishing guide that offers light tackle and fly fishing charters, inshore and nearshore. As an instructor Capt. Russell teaches, fishing lessons and fly casting lessons, he is a graduate of the Joan Wulff Fly Fishing Instructors School and is "Master Certified" fly casting instructor certified by the Federation of Fly Fishers. Capt. Russell was awarded the "2004 Orvis Endorsed Guide of the Year" and he has over 45 years of fishing experience.
